We will do what we say we are going to do when we say we're going to do it!
  1. The date an installation is scheduled, is the day it will be done, vacant or occupied. If it's not done because Falcon Carpet does not show up, the only charge you will have is the new carpet and pad (if included on the work order); no charge for labor.
  2. This guarantee will also cover any detail of a new installation not up to management standards. We will address these details within one working day, after being notified.
